Shipping Policy

1. Self-Pickup Only

Currently, Uchigo Market operates exclusively on a self-pickup model. We do not offer home delivery services at this time. All orders must be collected from one of our designated pickup branches.

2. Pickup Locations

You can select your preferred pickup location during the checkout process. Our current pickup locations include:

• Uchigo Market HQ - Main Street, Kuala Lumpur
• Branch A - Shopping District A, Kuala Lumpur
• Branch B - Shopping District B, Selangor

3. Collection Slots

When placing an order, you will be required to select a specific date and time slot for collection. Please ensure you arrive within your selected time slot to guarantee the freshness of your order.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and pickup instructions. If you need to change your pickup slot, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
